Introducing Gluten-Friendly* Cookie Dough

We have officially finalized the recipe for our Gluten-Friendly* Cookie Dough. The flavour will be... drum roll please... Oatmeal Chocolate Chip!

But What on Earth Does Gluten-Friendly Mean?

As we use All Purpose Flour in the rest of our Cookie Dough flavours, there is a high chance of cross-contamination with gluten in our kitchen. Even simply having flour particles in the air (which happens often with all of the sifting!) means we cannot be certified gluten-free. Therefore, and most unfortunately, if you are Celiac or have an Allergy to Gluten, you should not consume Bliss Dough.

However for those who choose to avoid Gluten as a personal dietary preference, this dough is for you!**

*Gluten Friendly means that the ingredients for our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Dough are technically gluten-free in nature, but we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with gluten. The label on the jar will also include a "May Contain Gluten" warning as well to signal the possibility of cross-contamination.

Our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough uses oat flour and rolled oats in place of All-Purpose Flour. We also take our usual precautions when making this dough; such as ensuring all mixers, utensils, and surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized between batches.

While we know this isn't a solution for those who are completely Gluten-free, we hope it allows more people to enjoy some Bliss Dough:)

**As with all dietary concerns, if you are unsure if Bliss Dough is safe for you, it is best to speak with your health practitioner before consuming.
