What's This I Hear About a New Location?
It's true! We are opening a second Bliss Dough storefront, this time in Waterloo, ON! The address is 251 Hemlock Street, Unit 111 (Sage 6 building) and it is right across from Wilfrid Laurier University Campus. We will be offering walk-ins, pickup, and delivery through Skip, Uber, and DoorDash from this location.
This location is coming soon and will open around the beginning of August 2020.
Where Are You Located and What are Your Store Hours?
Bliss HQ is located at 3 Watson Road South in Guelph, ON. Our hours of operation are 11:30am to 1:00am (yes that's correct!) 7 days a week.
Where Can I Buy Bliss Dough Near Me?
Click here to view our "Stockists" page. You can enter your postal code and select the distance you are willing to drive. Stores carrying Bliss Dough near you will be shown on the map! If you wish to see all stores carrying Bliss Dough, select "No Limit" for driving distance.
Can I Come Pick Up Dough at Bliss HQ?
Yes! You can either place an order online for pick-up or you can just walk-in and make a purchase.
Do I Have to Place an Order Online for Pick Up or Can I Just Walk-in?
You are more than welcome to come make a purchase in store, without ordering in advance.
What's the Deal With Local Delivery?
We are now delivering to all of the areas highlighted in green! This is offered at a flat-rate of $6 with no minimum purchase required. Most orders will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Our map isn't perfect. If you have qualified for local delivery in the past but aren't in the green zone, you likely still qualify!
I Know I Qualify for Local Delivery, But I Keep Getting an Error Message?
Our checkout form can be a bit finicky at times. Often times it has to do with an incorrect postal code due to auto-fill or including your unit number in the address line. Please contact us at 519-265-9577 or by clicking the blue "Message Us" button at the bottom right of your screen and we would be happy to sort this out for you!
I Don't Qualify for Local Delivery, Can You Ship it to Me?
Ontario-wide shipping is currently unavailable due to extreme delays due to COVID-19. We are monitoring the situation and will offer shipping again once shipping times improve.
Do You Ship Outside of Ontario?
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the Province of Ontario.
Can I Modify My Order After It's Been Placed?

I Have a Peanut/Tree Nut Allergy, is it Safe for Me to Eat Bliss Dough?
Unfortunately we are not a nut-free facility. You should not consume our products if you are allergic to Peanuts and/or Tree Nuts.
Are Your Products Vegan?
Most, if not all, of our current products are vegan. You can check by clicking on the specific flavour of dough you are interested in on our "Shop page" or by looking for the green Vegan symbol on the front of our jars.
What's the Deal with "Gluten-Friendly"?
Gluten Friendly means that the ingredients for our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Dough are technically gluten-free in nature, but we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with gluten. The label on the jar will also include a "May Contain Gluten" warning as well to signal the possibility of cross-contamination.
Does Bliss Dough Have to be Refrigerated?
Bliss Dough should always be kept refrigerated, whether you have opened it yet or not. However, Bliss Dough is safe to be kept at room temperature for up to 10 days.
How Long Does My Dough Last?
The dough has a best before date of two months after production. You can find the best before date on the side of the label to the right of the ingredients list.
My Dough Has Separated, What Should I Do?
When the dough sits at room temperature or greater for a little while, you may find that pockets of oil have developed. This is normal and you can simply stir the dough to reincorporate the oil.
What are Bliss Rewards?
Bliss Rewards is our new digital loyalty program. Now when ordering online or in store, you can earn points towards free dough. This program is replacing our old punch cards.
When you make a purchase, every $1 spent earns you 10 points. When redeeming points, you will receive $1 off for every 70 points you use! This program matches our old "Buy 7, get the 8th Free" punch card system.
How Do I Sign up For Bliss Rewards?
On any page on our website, you will see a small blue icon in the bottom left of your screen with a shopping bag and heart in it. When you click on this, you will be prompted to sign in/sign up to start earning points. All you need to sign up is your First and Last name, email address and a password. It's that simple! You can also click here to sign up now.
We are also more than happy to help you sign up in store; just ask a staff member to help you create an account!
I Have an Old Punch Card, Can I Still Use it?
If you're someone who has been hoarding old punch cards, you are more than welcome to continue to use them. This means you can continue to receive stamps in store until the card runs out or you can convert the punches into points.
