Bliss Guelph is located at 3 Watson Road South in Guelph, ON. We are the corner unit next to the Print Three store. We are open Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm.

If you've placed an order for pick-up and have received an email that it's ready, there's no need to rush in; you can pick up your order at any time that is most convenient for you!
How Much is Delivery?
The delivery fee is $9.99 Shipping Across Canada and $15 across US. Shipping is FREE when you spend $65 or more! Deliveries will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Due to large order volume; it may take up to a week to receive your order due to processing times.
Do You Ship Outside of Ontario?
Bliss Dough does ship to all Canada and US.
Shipments are not available to ship to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut. Shipments across US also available in mainland US states.
Can I Modify My Order After It's Been Placed?

Additional Shipping Information
- Bliss Dough does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Bliss Dough is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery.
- Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
- Bliss Dough is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.
- Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.
- Since our cookie dough is perishable, we suggest you ship your order to an address where someone is available to receive it in a timely manner.

Unfortunately we are not a nut-free facility. You should not consume our products if you are allergic to Peanuts and/or Tree Nuts.
Most, if not all, of our current products are vegan. You can check by clicking on the specific flavour of dough you are interested in on our "Shop Page" or by looking for the green Vegan symbol on the front of our jars.
Gluten Friendly means that the ingredients for our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Dough are technically gluten-free in nature, but we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with gluten. The label on the jar will also include a "May Contain Gluten" warning as well to signal the possibility of cross-contamination.
Yes, we do! If you are looking to carry our product in your store, or offer a tasty treat to your guests, we have you covered. For these types of inquiries we ask that you send an email to hello@blissdough.com. You will be sent an information package outlining all the details that you'll need to move forward as we have multiple options available.
Bliss Dough should always be kept refrigerated, whether you have opened it yet or not. However, Bliss Dough is safe to be kept at room temperature for up to 10 days which is why we are able to ship it.
The dough has a best before date of six months after production. You can find the best before date on the side of the label to the right of the ingredients list.
It is not recommended to bake Bliss Dough into cookies. Our dough is made to taste amazing raw and as such, we leave out several ingredients that are necessary for baking. If you'd like to give it a go anyways, we suggest making one or two cookies first before committing the whole jar to the oven! As they lack baking soda and eggs, they tend to bake into a flat, crispy cookie.
When the dough sits at room temperature or greater for a little while, you may find that pockets of oil have developed. This is normal and you can simply stir the dough to reincorporate the oil.
Bliss Rewards is our new digital loyalty program. Now when ordering online or in store, you can earn points towards free dough. This program is replacing our old punch cards.
When you make a purchase, every $1 spent earns you 10 points. When redeeming points, you will receive $1 off for every 70 points you use! This program matches our old "Buy 7, get the 8th Free" punch card system.
On any page on our website, you will see a small red icon in the bottom left of your screen with a shopping bag and heart in it. When you click on this, you will be prompted to sign in/sign up to start earning points. This is where you will have access to your current rewards that can be used online and in-store. All you need to sign up is your First and Last name, email address and a password. It's that simple! You can also click here to sign up now.
