You can order from Bliss Dough directly through the "Shop" tab in the menu above. Select an available time slot and your dough can be to your door in as little as 20 minutes! Time slot you're after not available? Want your dough earlier in the day? You can now place an order on Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats, and DoorDash!

Canada-wide shipping is available through Canada Post. Select "shipping" at checkout and select from the available rates. Unfortunately we do not have control over these rates, but know they have already been discounted by 20%!

Any orders received after 1PM on Thursday will be shipped out Monday morning. The reason for this is that we want our dough spending as little time out of the fridge as possible. By avoiding shipping on Friday and weekends, we can avoid your dough sitting in a warehouse at room temperature. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

All you need to do to modify your order is to contact us by phone at (226) 505-1298 or by clicking on the Facebook chat button on the bottom right of your screen.

Due to the high demand of orders, we try our best to deliver all dough in the thirty minute window that you have selected. For DoorDash and Skip the Dishes, delivery times vary depending on the number of drivers currently on the road.

All of our current flavours can be found by clicking on the "Shop" tab at the top of the screen.

Most, if not all, of our current products are vegan. You can check by clicking on the specific dough you're interested in at our shop or by looking for the green Vegan symbol on the jar.

One of the ingredients we use in our dough does contain palm oil. However, we have done our best to ensure the source of this oil from an ethical company. The company that we use has been rated 9/9 on the WWF Palm Oil Buyers Score Card 2016.

Bliss Dough should be kept refrigerated. The dough has a best before date of two months after production.

When the dough sits at room temperature or greater for a little while, you may find that pockets of oil have developed. This is normal and you can simply stir the dough to reincorporate the oil.

What can happen sometimes is that as the oils separate from the dough, it will leech colour from the sprinkles. This can cause pockets of oil to change colour depending on the sprinkles it has come in contact with. Feel free to mix the oil back in, everything will taste as it should.

Due to such high demand for delivery, we operate using a time slot system. This means we only allow a fixed amount of orders for delivery in a a given 30 minute period. Once all the available time slots are booked, that time will disappear. This is why you could be looking for delivery before we're officially closed, but are not able to order dough for delivery.

You are also more than welcome to come by the store without ordering in advance and buy whatever dough we have available.

If you'd like to pay online, you can select the "Pick-up" option at checkout. We are located at 3 Watson Road South, Unit 6.

Punch cards are only valid for delivery or pick up orders made directly through Bliss Dough. They cannot be used for orders through Skip the Dishes or DoorDash, or in other stores.
