Yes! You can either place an order online for pick-up at both Guelph & Waterloo locations or you are welcome to walk right in and order!

Regional Delivery: This option is replacing what used to be "Shipperbee" delivery and will come up as local delivery at checkout. This new option will cover much of the area Shipperbee did with some new areas as well. There will also be some areas no longer serviced including Brantford, Woodstock, and London. If you are eligible for this option, it will appear at checkout once you have entered your address. The delivery fee is $8 or FREE when you spend $65 or more! Deliveries will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Due to large order volume; it may take up to a week to receive your order due to processing times. 

Ontario-Wide Shipping: Outside of the Regional Delivery zone? We ship across Ontario using Canada Post! Shipping is FREE when you spend $65 or more! Due to large order volume; it may take 1-2 weeks to receive your order due to processing times. 

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the Province of Ontario.

Unfortunately we are not a nut-free facility. You should not consume our products if you are allergic to Peanuts and/or Tree Nuts.

Most, if not all, of our current products are vegan. You can check by clicking on the specific flavour of dough you are interested in on our "Shop Page" or by looking for the green Vegan symbol on the front of our jars.

Gluten Friendly means that the ingredients for our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Dough are technically gluten-free in nature, but we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with gluten. The label on the jar will also include a "May Contain Gluten" warning as well to signal the possibility of cross-contamination.

Bliss Dough should always be kept refrigerated, whether you have opened it yet or not. However, Bliss Dough is safe to be kept at room temperature for up to 10 days which is why we are able to ship it.

The dough has a best before date of six months after production. You can find the best before date on the side of the label to the right of the ingredients list.

It is not recommended to bake Bliss Dough into cookies. Our dough is made to taste amazing raw and as such, we leave out several ingredients that are necessary for baking. If you'd like to give it a go anyways, we suggest making one or two cookies first before committing the whole jar to the oven! As they lack baking soda and eggs, they tend to bake into a flat, crispy cookie. 

When the dough sits at room temperature or greater for a little while, you may find that pockets of oil have developed. This is normal and you can simply stir the dough to reincorporate the oil.

Bliss Rewards is our new digital loyalty program. Now when ordering online or in store, you can earn points towards free dough. This program is replacing our old punch cards.

When you make a purchase, every $1 spent earns you 10 points. When redeeming points, you will receive $1 off for every 70 points you use! This program matches our old "Buy 7, get the 8th Free" punch card system.

On any page on our website, you will see a small blue icon in the bottom left of your screen with a shopping bag and heart in it. When you click on this, you will be prompted to sign in/sign up to start earning points. All you need to sign up is your First and Last name, email address and a password.
