Add a card to your Cookie Dough order! Just let us know the occasion (Congratulations/Get Well/Just Because/Other)and we will select an appropriate card! This feature is currently being tested.

If the order is being sent directly to the recipient, make sure you add a message! Otherwise a blank card will be delivered so you can write your own message!

How Much is Delivery?
The delivery fee is $9.99 across Canada and $15 across US. Shipping is FREE when you spend $65 or more! Deliveries will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Due to large order volume; it may take up to a week to receive your order due to processing times.

Do You Ship Outside of Ontario?
Bliss Dough does ship across Canada and the US.

Shipments are not available to ship to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut. Shipments are also only available in mainland US states. 

Can I Modify My Order After It's Been Placed?

To modify your order, please send us an email at hello@blissdough.com with your order number and changes and we would be happy to sort this out for you!

• Bliss Dough does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Bliss Dough is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery.
• Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
• Bliss Dough is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.
• Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.
• Since our cookie dough is perishable, we suggest you ship your order to an address where someone is available to receive it in a timely manner.
